Refund policy

Every skein is hand dyed with care in my studio and inspected before it heads your way. Because of the handmade nature of my products, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, color preference, or project changes.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. I'll happily work with you to make it right by replacing the item or issuing a refund if a replacement isn't available.

Please note that colors may appear differently from screen to screen, and slight variations between dye lots are part of what makes hand-dyed yarn unique.
